1. Do you supply to the Public?

Yes we supply to both Trade and General Public Customers.

2. Do I have to buy a full sheet of Mirror?

No – For Trade Customers we normally sell in full sheets. This can be as little as 1 full sheet as we have no minimum order qty, but delivery charges may be applied if under 10 sheets.

For General Public Customers it is more likely you may want a smaller piece of Mirror. For these types of enquiries, we will supply a quotation based on your dimensions.

3. Do you process/cut the Mirror on site?

No, we use a small selection of third party Specialist Glass Processors who are highly skilled in cutting our Mirror to your dimensions.

4. Can I have a “cut out” for a socket in my Mirror?

Yes, all Mirrors can be cut to size, cut outs for sockets or switches can be added and holes can be drilled for installation. We can also add a bevelled edge to give that “picture frame” look. Just let us know when making your enquiry.

5. Can I have a safety Backing added?

Yes, this would be done by our third-party Specialist Glass Processors who can add the safety backing when processing the glass. If you ask for this in your enquiry, we can quote for this at an additional cost.

6. Does your Mirror come Toughened?

No, our Mirror is not toughened. It also cannot be toughened at this finished stage. The toughening process needs to be done before the design/pattern is added to the surface of the glass. This is because the toughening process would distort the final design.

7. How will my Mirror be delivered to me?

We use a long Wheel base Van. This is designed specifically to carry glass ensuring your order is both safe whilst in transit and arrives at your delivery destination in perfect condition. We will therefore need space for a Large Van to be able to access your location, with room to park and space to unload without any obstructions that may compromise a safe unloading.

8. Who will unload my Mirror at my delivery destination?

All our deliveries are made by 1 person (the driver). The unloading of full sheets and bespoke cut pieces is the responsibility of the Customer. Title and risk are transferred once the rear doors of the vehicle are opened. Therefore, you must have at least 2 people available to unload your Mirror safely.

9. How much will my delivery cost?

For orders of Full sheets – delivery is Free of Charge for 10 sheets or more. Anything less than 10 we will confirm a delivery charge on your quotation. Wherever possible we will try to accommodate your load with other deliveries to keep the charge to a minimum.

Please note that all our deliveries of full sheets are carried out by ourselves. For Bespoke cut pieces of Mirror we will confirm a delivery charge on your quotation. This will depend on your location and in some cases this may be shipped with a third-party courier. This would be advised to you at the point or ordering

10. Can I collect my order?

Yes, all orders are offered with your own collection method.

We ask that you agree a collection date with us prior to arriving at the unit so we can prepare your order ready for loading.  If you collect yourself, you must:

– Come in a vehicle that is big enough to carry your glass
– Your glass must be stood vertical on its end (you must not carry glass laid flat or loaded in a horizontal position as this is unsafe)
– You must make sure you can secure your glass to be safe whilst in transit
– The loading of your glass is your responsibility. 2 people are generally required to load glass safely unless the glass is cut into small pieces and manageable for 1 person. We can advise this if you choose to collect

11. Do you offer a measuring service?

No, we do not offer any measuring or template services. We do offer some advice on how to measure for your mirror. Please look at the Useful Information Tab and select – “How to measure for my Mirror”

12. Do you offer Installation?

No, we do not carry out installation work. If this is something that you are looking for, we work very closely with many Companies that would be happy to provide you a quotation. We can put you in touch with one of our Glass Processing Partners that are local to you. Please ask us at the time of your enquiry.

13. Can I install my Mirror myself?

We would always recommend that you use a qualified tradesperson who is knowledgeable in working with Glass. However, if you are purchasing our Mirror tiles or smaller pieces of mirror that are more manageable to fit/install then yes you can install your own glass by following our recommended bonding/adhesive advise. Please go to the Useful information tab and select “Technical Data sheets” which has recommended information on how to bond your mirror to a surface.

14. Do you have a showroom?

No, we do not have a showroom designed for the general public. Our Mirror is stored in a warehousing unit in Buxton, Derbyshire.
